| Posted: 01 Jun 2016 10:02 AM PDT My black lab puppy is about 7 months old right now. And, let me tell you…he’s a little hellion! That doesn’t mean that I don’t love his furry little butt to pieces, but some days, man! Wow! Lately, he’s taken to trying to “make friends” with my poor cat. Unfortunately, making friends involves barking at, chasing, and swatting at the poor little dear. Needless to say, she doesn’t really find this all that friendly or as funny as we do, and the swatting and hissing commences. I now completely understand the term “fighting like cats and dogs”. Which brings me to today’s rather ambiguous illusion—the dog or cats illusion… Which did you see first in this illusion? Did the dog jump out at you? Or did you see two mischievous little kitties? Jelena Peric has attracted over 700,000 followers on Instagram thanks to her uncanny resemblance to socialite Kim Kardashian. It’s nowhere close to the celebrity’s 74 million followers, but for a young makeup artist from Zagreb, Croatia, it’s pretty impressive. Jelena says she is not very surprised by the high number of followers she’s been getting ever since she started posting photos of herself online, considering how popular her inspiration is, and the “very big effort” she has put into nailing not only her facial features, but also her curvy figure and clothing style.

| Popular New Jet-Black Ice-Cream Is Made with Coconut Ash Posted: 01 Jun 2016 05:57 AM PDT You couldn’t really tell by just looking at it, but this pitch black ice-cream doing the rounds on photo-sharing sites like Instagram is actually coconut flavored. It’s made with coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut flakes, and, for that unique confusing color, coconut ash. The Coconut Ash Ice-cream recently made its debut at Morgenstern’s Finest Ice-Cream parlor, in downtown Manhattan, New York. Owner Nick Morgenstern said he had been “monkeying around with coconut ash for a while”, and then had a fancy chocolate bar which also used the ash as an ingredient. So when he finally decided to include coconut as a flavor in his new ice-cream menu, it all came together. “I just had to use it,” he says. As bizarre a color as jet-black may seem for an ice-cream that’s not chocolate or coffee flavored, it proved a big hit with customers, who instantly started flooding Instagram with snaps of the unusual treat.

| Russian Couple Share Their Home with a Full-Grown Brown Bear Posted: 01 Jun 2016 04:52 AM PDT Svetlana and Yuriy Panteleenko seem like a perfectly average family, but that’s until they introduce you to their 23-year-old adopted son, Stepan, a 300-lb brown bear. The unlikely family do almost everything together, right from playing in the backyard, to cuddling and watching TV on the sofa. Stepan was just three months old when the Panteleenkos adopted him. He had been found by hunters after reportedly losing his mother and was in very bad shape. So they took him in and have been happily living together for the last 23 years. The couple say that because Stepan has been domesticated from a very young age, he has developed the gentlest temperament. He loves nothing more than hugging his parents every chance he gets and cuddling next to them on the sofa in the evening. “He absolutely loves people and is a really sociable bear – despite what people might think, he is not aggressive at all. We have never been bitten by Stepan,” Svetlana says.
