Abbey Watkins' intertwined head drawings are inspired by Native American cultural myths. The artist states that she is “confusing the bad spirits by not being able to pinpoint the body to infiltrate the mind. [She] was also inspired by their use of peyote and transcendent spiritual visions.” [1]
