Optical Illusion of The Day: Demon Hill Room Video Illusion |
Demon Hill Room Video Illusion Posted: 13 Nov 2015 04:21 AM PST
Happy Friday to all! The week is winding down, and many of you are probably looking for something to do this weekend. I’ll be catching up on some work this weekend, so no time off for me. Bummer! Well, no rest for the wicked, I guess, eh? Today’s illusion is definitely going to leave you feeling a little…well, weird! It’s a video illusion of an actual room built by Los Angeles artist Julian Hoeber. Here’s a little peek inside the room… The room is appropriately named Demon Hill, and is nothing more than a wooden box built to look like a bare wooden room on the inside and tilted at a crazy angle. Cameras placed in the Demon Hill room are placed so they’re lined up with the floors and walls, but I can’t even imagine what visitors must think when walking through Demon Hill! The angle of the room forces people to walk along the floor at a crazy angle, and—one would imagine—really messes with their heads! But, I did say that this was a video illusion, didn’t I? If you can’t actually walk around inside Demon Hill, a video is the next best thing… Check out around 2:28 to see how a Slinky and yo-yo act in the Demon Hill Room! If you liked this Demon Hill room video illusion, you’ll definitely wanna check out the Jason Paul Art of Motion freerunning video! The post Demon Hill Room Video Illusion appeared first on Mighty Optical Illusions. |
