Optical Illusion of The Day: Aerial Photo Tree Optical Illusion

Today’s tree optical illusion is another submission by Kovacs from the Mighty Optical Illusions Facebook page. It’s an aerial view of what appears to be a logging area or maybe an oil field. But, when you first looked at this image, you probably saw something else. A very large tree illusion, perhaps?

The roads branching off in all different directions give the illusion of a tree, don’t they?

This tree illusion actually reminds me of a similar illusion posted a while back—the desert river that looks like a tree. Both are aerial photographs and both look like trees from above.
