Optical Illusion of The Day: What’s Up With Photo Illusion?

After trying to figure out that key puzzle yesterday, I figured you guys needed something a little less complicated. Today’s photo illusion was sent to us by Matteo through the Mighty Optical Illusions Facebook page. It’s a little fuzzy, but that doesn’t make it any less of an interesting illusion…

At this point, you’re probably wondering to yourself, “what’s the illusion?” If that’s the case, don’t feel bad! It took me a little while to figure out this photo illusion. At flirts glance it just looks like a fuzzy photo with palm trees against a storm sky. But, sometimes it’s all in how you look at things.

Now, take a look at this photo illusion from a different angle…

All we needed to see this photo illusion was to flip it upside down. The stormy sky wasn’t a stormy sky at all, but a small body of water, and the trees are reflections in the water.
